Our most extensive package, this service is for the couple who want comprehensive support, planning expertise, and design guidance throughout the entire process in order to create an unforgettable event.

Our team will use a collaborative approach to clearly communicate the vision behind every detail to the client, as well as each vendor to ensure that the entire event is aesthetically aligned. This allows clients to rest assured that everyone is on the same page and understands the vision for the big day.

Month-Of Coordination

This service appeals to the couple who prefers to manage everything throughout the planning journey, but wants to be sure that there are no unwanted surprises on the big day. Carolina Charm's "Month Of" package is more extensive than others in comparison, because we want to ensure that our clients have a stress-free planning process--even if we aren't directly involved in every step. In an attempt to make the transition flawless, we communicate frequently with clients and collect many details to be sure that every "i" is dotted and "t" is crossed.

Week-Of Coordination

If you're thinking you just need someone to wrap things up at this end, Carolina Charm offers a week-of package that may fit your needs. With this package, clients are able to hand things over the to-do's to a trusted professional one-week before the I-do's.

This package requires full, comprehensive planning on the part of the client. In the week leading up to the event, our team of planners and coordinators will make absolutely sure that everything has been thought of and all items have been crossed off the wedding to-do list properly. Then, our team will execute the plans to a "T" at the rehearsal and at the wedding ceremony and reception.

Consultation

Need some advice? Are you looking for direction as you plan your own event? Perhaps, you need help planning but don't need someone at your actual event? Carolina Charm offers consultations in addition to our planning and coordination services. If you are looking for advice on an as-need basis, we can schedule an in-person or virtual appointment for a 1-2 hour time block that is convenient for you!

If you are looking for a more comprehensive consultation, we will be glad to schedule a longer meeting to discuss everything wedding-related. These meetings typically last 4-6 hours and cover the following: vendor recommendations, creating a budget, preparing for vendor contracts, design suggestions, logistics, timeline creation, floor plans, and more.

Note: Consultation appointments are priced by the hour at a rate of $50 per hour.

NOTE: Carolina Charm does not offer a "Day Of" package. It's not that we don't like the idea of offering another tier to our packages and pricing, but we truly do not feel that a planner/coordinator can execute a wedding to perfection if he or she is only involved for one day. Our week-of package allows our team time to check over everything and ensure that your big day is everything your dreamed it would be and more!
